The annual general meeting of Kalera AS (the "Company" or "Kalera") will be held on Wednesday 23 June 2021 at 10:00 hours (CEST) at the Company's offices in Tjuvholmen Allé 19, Oslo.

Notice of attendance to the annual general meeting may be given through the registration form attached to the notice for the annual general meeting. The final date for registration is 21 June 2021 at 16:00 hours (CEST).
