The board of Aforti Holding SA(hereafter: "Company") headquartered in Warsaw would like to announcethe commencement of talks with an entity in the debt collection industry(subject of takeover), the purpose of which is the accession of newlyemitted shares in the entity. Both parties have begun determining theconditions and deadlines for the transactions. The Company has deemedthis information confidential as the potential transaction may lead toan increase in the scale of operations of Aforti Holding Capital Group.
