The brief details of allotment are as under:

Options Exercised	6,39,502 Options at an exercise price of Rs. 10/- each.
Money realized by exercise of options	Rs. 63,95,020/- (Rupees Sixty Three Lakhs Ninety Five Thousand and Twenty Only).

Consequent to the above allotment, the issued, subscribed and paid-up share capital of the Company stands increased to Rs. 84,96,01,040/- comprising of 8,49,60,104 equity shares having face value of Rs.10/- each.
