Judges Scientific, a group focused on acquiring and developing companies in the scientific instrument sector, announces that, Brad Ormsby, Group Finance Director, has today, transferred 600 ordinary shares of 5p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") to his and his wife's ISA.

Following the transfer, Brad Ormsby's beneficial interest of 3,761 Ordinary Shares remains unchanged.
