In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.14(2), JTC notes that Erika Schraner, an Independent Non-Executive Director and Chair of the Nomination Committee, and member of the Audit and Risk and Remuneration Committees, has been appointed as a Non-Executive Director of Vitec Group plc ("Vitec") with effect from 1 May 2022. Erika will also be a member of Vitec's Audit, Remuneration and Nominations Committees.
There have been no other changes to the information set out in LR 9.6.13R (2) to LR 9.6.13R (6).
