The Management Board of Berg Holding S.A. with registered office inKatowice [Company, Issuer] in reference to the current report ESPI No.38/2020 of October 9, 2020 [concerning concluding a developmentagreement covering the development of at least 25 photovoltaic farmprojects by the interdependent from Farmy Fotowoltaiki S.A. companyColumbus&Farmy Sp. z o.o.] informs that as a result of theimplementation of the company's strategy, Farma F6 Sp. z o.o. signed acontract for the lease of land for a period of 29 years in order tobuild three photovoltaic farms with a total power of 3 MW.
