Dart Group PLC, the Leisure Travel and Distribution & Logistics group, announces that Philip Meeson, Executive Chairman of the Company, has on 11 July 2019 sold 700,000 ordinary shares of 1.25p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"), at an average price of 866.19p per Ordinary Share.

Following this transaction, Philip Meeson is interested in a total of 55,040,000 Ordinary Shares, representing 36.99% of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.
