Proxy Materials for Special General Meeting

Further to the notice on the postponement of the Special General Meeting of Shareholders (the “ Meeting ”) of Jeffs’ Brands Ltd (“ Jeffs’ Brands ” or the “ Company ”) originally scheduled for February 2, 2026, the Company hereby announces that the date of the Meeting has been rescheduled for Thursday, March 12, 2026. The Meeting will be held at 3:00 p.m. local (Israel) time, at Jeffs’ Brands’ principal executive offices, which are located at 7 Mezada St. Bnei Brak, 5126112 Israel.

Annexed hereto and incorporated by reference herein are the copies of the following documents that are being distributed by the board of directors of Jeffs’ Brands to Jeffs’ Brands’ shareholders in connection with the Meeting.

(i) Notice and Proxy Statement, each dated February 5, 2026, describing the proposals to be presented at, and logistical information related to, the Meeting ( Exhibit 99.1 ); and

(ii) Proxy Card for use by Jeffs’ Brands’ shareholders for voting on the proposals to be presented at the Meeting ( Exhibit 99.2 ).

In light of the rescheduled Meeting date, a new record date has been set for the Meeting. Only shareholders of record who hold ordinary shares, no par value, of the Company at the close of business on Monday, February 9, 2026, will be entitled to notice of and to vote at the Meeting and any postponements or adjournments thereof.
