PROFIT GUIDANCE ANNOUNCEMENT

The Board of Directors (the “ Board ”) of Jawala Inc. (the “ Company ”, together with its subsidiary, the “ Group ”) wishes to inform the Company’s shareholders that the Group expects to record a slight increase in net loss for the half year ended 31 January 2026 (“ HY2026 ”) compared to the previous corresponding period.

This is primarily due to heavy rainfall significantly curtailing salvage logging activities, resulting in a significant drop in sales. However, the financial impact was partially mitigated by cost control measures implemented by management and a corresponding decrease in certain expenses.

The Company is in the midst of finalising its financial results for HY2026 (the “ Results ”). Further details on the Group’s financial performance will be made available in the Results, which will be announced by 17 March 2026.

In the meantime, shareholders of the Company are advised to exercise caution when dealing in the shares of the Company. Persons who are in doubt as to the action they should take should consult their stockbrokers, bank managers, solicitors, accountants or other professional advisers.
