ASX Announcement Resignation of Mr Peter Storey as Director of Hamilton James & Bruce Group Limited

Mr Peter Storey today resigned as a Director of Hamilton James and Bruce Group Limited to pursue his private business interests.

Peter's significant senior executive and Board experience has been a most valuable asset since the Group's listing in September 2000.

Peter has served as Chairman of the Audit Committee since listing and has been a member of the Remuneration Committee.

The Board thanks Peter for his commitment and dedication shown during his tenure as Director and wishes him well for the future.
