James Halsted plc (AIM: JHD), a leading manufacturer and international distributor of commercial floor coverings, is pleased to announce that all resolutions proposed at its 107th Annual General Meeting held earlier today, as set out in the Notice convening the Annual General Meeting, were duly passed.
