Notice on Final Terms of Issue of the Commercial Papers

Reference is made to the Invitation to subscribe the Commercial Papers of up to EUR 10,000,000.00 of the company JADRAN d.d., Crikvenica dated 4 February 2026 ("Invitation") and the Notice of Results of the Commercial Papers Subscription dated 4 February 2026, the issuer JADRAN d.d., having its seat in Crikvenica (City of Crikvenica), Bana Jelačića 16, registered in the court registry with the Commercial Court in Rijeka under the registration number (MBS): 040000817, PIN: 56994999963 ("Issuer") hereby announces that the issue of the commercial papers, ticker JDRN-M-645A and international security identification number (ISIN): HRJDRNM645A1, with a single maturity of 273 days from the date of issuance ("Commercial Papers") was carried out successfully.

The Commercial Papers have been included in depository services, as well as clearing and settlement services, of the CENTRAL DEPOSITORY & CLEARING COMPANY Inc. ("CDCC") pursuant to CDCC's decision dated 6 February 2026.
