IXICO announces that it was notified on 21 October 2013 that, on the same day, Dr. Andy Richards, the Company's chairman, purchased 16,500 Ordinary Shares of 50p each in IXICO at a price of 59 pence per Ordinary Share.

As a consequence of this share purchase, Dr. Richards has a total holding of 16,500 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.11% of the Company's issued share capital.
