(b) Effective May 13, 2011, Steven Wollach resigned as the Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of Iveda Solutions, Inc. (“ Iveda ”). The Board of Directors of Iveda is in the process of selecting an interim chief financial officer to replace Mr. Wollach until a new chief financial officer can be hired.
