ITV repurchases a further £4.65m of Convertible Bonds

ITV today announces that it has repurchased a further aggregate principle amount of £4.65m of the 4% Convertible Bonds due 2016. The bonds purchased, representing 3.4% of the initial amount, will be cancelled following which the outstanding amount of the bonds will be £80m.  To date we have now purchased a total of 40.7% of the initial amount.
