In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.14(2), the Company announces that, following a HAL Holding NV ("HAL") shareholder meeting held today (30 June 2020), Mary Harris, a Non-Executive Director of ITV plc, has been appointed as a Non-Executive Director of HAL with effect from 30 June 2020. HAL's parent company, HAL Trust, is listed on the Euronext Amsterdam stock exchange.
