Mary Harris joins ITV Board

ITV plc announces that Mary Harris joined the Board as a non-executive director with effect from 28 July 2014.

Mary is currently a non-executive director of J Sainsbury plc and chairs their remuneration committee.  She is also a member of the Supervisory Boards of TNT Express NV, Unibail Rodamco SE and Scotch and Soda NV.

Mary spent much of her career with McKinsey & Company, most recently as a partner, where she worked primarily with retail and consumer clients in China, South East Asia and Europe.
