Minutes from Annual General Meeting

The Annual General Meeting in Itera ASA was held today. The meeting unanimously adopted all items as proposed. The protocol is enclosed.

A dividend of NOK 0.25 per share will be paid to the company's shareholders per the date of the Annual General Meeting, 21 May 2019. The shares will be trading ex-dividend from 22 May 2018. Pay-out date for the dividend will be 3 June 2019.
