Information regarding the purchase and sell transactions carried out by our Company in İŞ Yatırım Certificates and Warrants on 04/12/2025 , of which we are the issuer and market maker, is included in the Appendix.

In the event of a contradiction between the Turkish and English versions of this public disclosure, the Turkish version shall prevail.
