ioneer Ltd (ASX: INR) – Trading Halt

Description

The securities of ioneer Ltd (‘INR’) will be placed in trading halt at the request of INR, pending it releasing an announcement. Unless ASX decides otherwise, the securities will remain in trading halt until the earlier of the commencement of normal trading on Friday, 5 March 2021 or when the announcement is released to the market.

ioneer Ltd (ASX: INR) – Request for trading halt

Pursuant to ASX Listing Rule 17.1, ioneer Ltd ABN 76 098 564 606 ( ioneer ) requests that a trading halt be granted in respect of its ordinary shares with immediate effect.

In accordance with ASX Listing Rule 17.1, ioneer provides the following information:

• (a) ioneer is seeking the trading halt pending an announcement by ioneer to the ASX regarding a capital raising.

• (b) ioneer requests that the trading halt last until the earlier of ioneer making an announcement to the market about the completion of the capital raising, the commencement of normal trading on Friday, 5 March 2021 or ioneer separately requesting that the trading halt be lifted.

• (c) ioneer is not aware of any reason why the trading halt should not be granted by ASX.
