ioneer Ltd (ASX: INR) – Notification under section 708A(5)(e) of the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth)

ioneer Ltd ABN 76 098 564 606 ( ioneer ) gives notice under section 708A(5)(e) of the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth) (the Corporations Act ).

ioneer has today issued 145,862,742 fully paid ordinary shares ( Shares ) at an issue price of A$0.6553 per Share to Sibanye-Stillwater Limited under the placement announced on Thursday, 16 September 2021 and approved by ioneer's Shareholders on Thursday, 21 October 2021.

ioneer confirms that:

1. the Shares were issued without disclosure to investors under Part 6D.2 of the Corporations Act;

2. this notice is being given under section 708A(5)(e) of the Corporations Act;

3. as at the date of this notice, ioneer has complied with:

   • (a) the provisions of Chapter 2M of the Corporations Act as they apply to ioneer; and

   • (b) section 674 of the Corporations Act; and

4. as at the date of this notice there is no "excluded information" within the meaning of sections 708A(7) and 708A(8) of the Corporations Act which is required to be disclosed under section 708A(6)(e) of the Corporations Act.
