Confirmation of shares released from voluntary escrow.

The Company advises that the 50 Million ordinary shares issued to Boundary Peak Minerals LLC will be released from voluntary escrow today, 15[th] February 2017. These shares represent the Second Payment Shares issued under the terms of the Option Agreement [Rhyolite Ridge Lithium-Boron Project] to Boundary Peak Minerals LLC. Shareholder approval for the issue of these shares was received in a General Meeting of Shareholders held on 22[nd] August 2016.

The Appendix 3B relating to the application for listing of these shares was lodged with the ASX on 6[th] October 2016.
