TRADING HALT

The securities of Global Geoscience Limited (the “Company”) will be placed in Trading Halt Session State at the request of the Company, pending the release of an announcement by the Company. Unless ASX decides otherwise, the securities will remain in Trading Halt Session State until the earlier of the commencement of normal trading on Thursday, 28 September 2017 or when the announcement is released to the market.

Dear Mr Kabega,

Request for trading halt pursuant to ASX Listing Rule 17.1

Pursuant to ASX Listing Rule 17.1, Global Geoscience Limited ( Global ) requests that a trading halt be granted by ASX in respect of Global securities with immediate effect.

For the purposes of ASX Listing Rule 17.1, and in support of its request, Global advises that:

1. the trading halt is requested pending an announcement by Global in relation to a capital raising;

2. it requests that the trading halt remain in place until the earlier of such time as it makes an announcement to the market about the capital raise, and the commencement of normal trading on Thursday 28[th] September 2017; and

3. it is not aware of any reason why the trading halt should not be granted or of any other information necessary to inform the market about the trading halt.
