Vilnius, Lithuania, 2015-07-16 15:52 CEST (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- The Board of INVL Technology, AB (code 300893533, with its registered address at Gynėjų str. 16, Vilnius, Lithuania) (hereinafter, the Company) hereby communicates the information concerning the final costs of subscription of 6,060,607 ordinary registered shares available in public offering (the “Offering”): - The offer price for one share of the Company was established at EUR 1.65 and the investors subscribed for of 6,060,607 Company's shares; - The final value of the Offering amounted to EUR 10,000,001.55; - The costs related to the Offering incurred by the Company to date are EUR 153,046.42; - The average cost of the Offering per share was EUR 0.03.
