New Articles of Association of INVL Technology were registered

Vilnius, Lithuania, 2016-05-17 15:19 CEST (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- 17 May 2016 the Register of Legal Entities has registered Articles of Association of a special closed-end type private capital investment company INVL Technology. Draft Articles of Association were approved at the General Shareholders Meeting held on 29 April 2016. The Articles of Association indicates that the legal form of the company shall be a public limited liability company, the type of the company - a closed-end type investment company. The name of the company shall be special closed-end type private capital investment company INVL Technology. The company shall operate for 10 years after obtaining a closed-end type investment company license, the term of activities of the company can be additionally extended for no more than 2 years. The shares of the company are admitted to trading on the NASDAQ Vilnius stock exchange.
