INVL Technology - Notification on material event

Trading in INVL Technology will be suspended starting from 14 July 2016 (inclusively)

Vilnius, Lithuania, 2016-07-13 08:50 CEST (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Considering that there is a possibility that the Central Bank of the Republic of Lithuania will grant INVL Technology a license of closed-ended investment company and The Central Bank of the Republic of Lithuania has not yet approved updated prospectus of the INVL Technology, in order to ensure effective protection of INVL Technology stockholders INVL Technology provided a request to suspend trading in shares of INVL Technology in NASDAQ Vilnius Stock Exchange from 14 July 2016 until the prospectus will be approved by the Central Bank of the Republic of Lithuania.
