AUSTRALASIAN WEALTH INVESTMENTS LIMITED (ASX CODE: AWK) REQUEST FOR VOLUNTARY SUSPENSION
Pursuant to Listing Rule 17.2, we request that the Company’s securities into voluntary suspension pending the conclusion of discussions with a potential corporate investor, as part of the previously announced potential capital raising. We anticipate these discussions being concluded before the commencement of trading on 12 December 2013, or earlier.
The Company will announce details regarding the capital raising as soon as possible.
We are not aware of any reason why the Voluntary Suspension should not be granted, nor any other information necessary to inform the market about the suspension.
