Merricks Capital Pty Limited as the Manager of FAT Prophets Australia Fund Limited ( Company ) advises that the majority of the current portfolio of the Company has been liquidated and is now held as cash.

This move has been made as Merricks Capital and the Board of the Company work together to finalise the new investment objectives and strategy for the Company.

As previously advised, the Board of the Company and Merricks Capital are seeking by 30 September 2010, to establish the new investment objectives and strategy for the Company.
