Further, in continuation of our earlier letter dated March 27, 2025 under subject ‘Intimation of closure of Trading Window’ and in terms of the Company's Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Designated Persons and SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company by the Designated Persons of the Company and/or their immediate relatives shall remain closed from April 1, 2025 till May 17, 2025 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of said financial results.
