THE LIST OF AGREEMENTS RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS WHEREOF WILL BE TRANSFERRED TO THE SPLIT – OFF COMPANY

The rights and obligations of the Company Participating in the Split – Off, coming from the below listed agreements (including the amendments of those agreements), will be transferred to the Split – Off Company on the basis of the Transfer – Acceptance Certificates:

1. The leasing agreement No. LT071484 of March 27, 2008.
2. The leasing agreement No. V-8-201887 of November 30, 2011.
3. The leasing agreement No. 2012-040062 of July 16, 2011.
4. The leasing agreement No. 2012-100204 of October 26, 2012.
