(b) Retirement of Named Executive Officer

On August 29, 2018, Robert A. Coombs, Senior Vice President of Interface, Inc. (the "Company"), announced that he has decided to retire from the Company, effective January 13, 2019, after more than 25 years of service with the Company. The Company is in the process of identifying and evaluating a successor for Mr. Coombs.
