ITEM 5.02 APPOINTMENT OF CERTAIN OFFICERS.

On October 25, 2017, the Board of Directors of Interface, Inc. (the "Company") appointed Gregory J. Bauer (age 41) as Vice President-Finance and Chief Accounting Officer. Mr. Bauer joined the Company in 2006 as Financial Reporting Manager, and was promoted to Director of Accounting in 2007, Assistant Vice President and Director of Financial Reporting in 2009, and Vice President and Corporate Controller in 2011. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Bauer served as a Manager of Inspections at the Public Company Accounting Oversight Board and as a Manager at PricewaterhouseCoopers. In his new role, Mr. Bauer will continue to report to Bruce A. Hausmann, Vice President and Chief Financial Officer.
