Effective January 13, 2016, the Company entered into a Performance Share Agreement with each of its executive officers and certain other key employees. A copy of the form of the Performance Share Agreement used is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1. The awards of performance shares reflected in the agreements were granted pursuant to the Interface, Inc. Omnibus Stock Incentive Plan, as amended, which was previously filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
