On April 9, 2012, Interface, Inc. issued a press release announcing that it has redeemed the remaining $11.5 million in aggregate principal amount outstanding of its 9.5% Senior Subordinated Notes due 2014 at a price equal to 100% of the principal amount of the notes, plus accrued interest through the redemption date. See the copy of the press release announcing the completion of the early redemption, which is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 to this Report and is incorporated herein by reference.
