On April 26, 2011, the Company issued a press release announcing that it had successfully completed its offer to exchange $275,000,000 aggregate principal amount of 7 5/8% Senior Notes due 2018, Series B, for the same principal amount of its outstanding 7 5/8% Senior Notes due 2018, Series A. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 to this Report and is incorporated herein by reference.
