Pursuant to the Rules of the Ljubljana Stock Exchange and applicable legislation, Intereuropa, d. d., of Vojkovo nabrežje 32, Koper, hereby publishes the following announcement:

On 18 November 2019 we were informed by Pošta Slovenija d.o.o. that the latter published its takeover intent on 18 November 2019 to purchase all the shares of Intereuropa, d. d..

This announcement will be published on the website of Intereuropa, d. d. at www.intereuropa.si for a minimum of five years from the date of publication.
