Sub: Allotment of Equity Shares under Associate (Employees) Stock Option Plan (ASOP)

We wish to inform you that the Members of the Stakeholders' Relationship Committee of the Company vide its Circular Resolution dated January 22, 2021 has approved the allotment of 6,300 shares to three (03) associates under ASOP 2011 Scheme, the allotment of 14,550 shares to Nine (15) associates under ISOP 2015 Scheme and the allotment of 12,297 shares to four (05) associate under ISOP 2016 Scheme on January 24, 2021.
