We wish to inform you that the Members of the Stakeholders' Relationship Committee of the Company vide its Circular Resolution dated May 07, 2021 has approved the allotment of 2,250 shares to One (01) associate under ASOP 2011 Scheme, the allotment of 1,91,950 shares to Thirty One (31) associates under ISOP 2015 Scheme, the allotment of 12,850 shares to Six (06) associates under ISOP 2016 Scheme and the allotment of 1,050 shares to One (01) associate under Intellect Incentive Plan Scheme 2018 (“Intellect Incentive Scheme 2018”) on May 07, 2021.
