Important Points while accessing International Access Numbers:

Arkadin India provides International Toll Free (ITFS) and Toll numbers (ITAS) to its customers as per laws governed by telecom regulators in the countries of origin of calls and policies of local service providers as applicable in the caller’s country from time to time.

Applicable Local restrictions across many countries include but may not be limited to the following:

• Restriction on calling of International tollfree numbers through Mobile phones (All/specific carriers/VoIP services/Payphones/ Calling Cards/Prepaid Cards).

• Additional Local Surcharge on dialing ITFS/ITAS from Hotels and Service Centers. Airtime charged &/or Surcharged levied by service providers and carriers when calling ITFS/ITAS from mobile phones.

• Restriction on accessing ITFS while on Roaming.

• The countries and the access numbers are most updated when sent and applicable default pricing will apply for usage on countries where no pre- agreed pricing arrangements exist at the time of use.

• Numbers accessible only through Fixed Line (Not Mobile) / through Selective Carriers as on date and as per local restrictions in the caller country.

• Dial Secondary Number (S) in case (P) Primary is not accessible.
