Integrated Research Announces Resignation of CEO

Sydney, November 20, 2018 – Integrated Research (ASX: IRI) today announced the resignation of Mr. John Merakovsky as both Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director. Mr. Merakovsky has tendered his resignation, wishing to return to his home in Melbourne for family reasons.

The Company’s Chairman, Mr. Paul Brandling, today said:

“On behalf of the Board, I want to thank John Merakovsky for his leadership and contribution to the Company’s growth and re-organisation of its European operations. The Board wishes John well for his future endeavours.”

Mr. Merakovsky will work out his three-month notice period, during which the Board will conduct a search for a permanent replacement.
