Subject: INSTITUT IGH, d.d. and B2 KAPITAL d.o.o. have signed Agreements on settlement of PIK debt and Restructuring of Senior debt

Zagreb, March 12, 2021 - After urgently summoned Supervisory Board session on 11 March 2021 at 9 PM, and held on 12 March 2021, INSTITUT IGH, d.d. and B2 KAPITAL d.o.o. have signed on 12 March 2021 Agreements which regulate the manner of INSTITUT IGH, d.d. PIK debt settlement as well as remaining Senior debt obligations towards the company B2 KAPITAL d.o.o. as the Company's creditor, on the basis of the concluded pre-bankruptcy settlement from the year 2013. In accordance with its legal obligations, by signing this Agreement, INSTITUT IGH, d.d. is fulfilling its duties from the pre-bankruptcy settlement.
