The Supervisory Board of INSTITUT IGH, joint stock company for research and development in civil engineering, with registered seat in Zagreb, Janka Rakuše 1, company registered in the court register of the Commercial Court in Zagreb, under the Reg. No. MBS: 080000959, VAT Number: OIB: 79766124714, has adopted, pursuant to Articles 28 and 29, paragraph 3 of the Articles of Association of INSTITUT IGH, d.d. as well as pursuant to Article 8 of the Rules of procedure of the company's Supervisory Board, on 8 February, 2021, without holding a session, and pursuant to a vote held from 6 February to 8 February 2021, the following:

DECISION

Žarko Dešković, Ban Mladenova 2, Split, PIN, OIB: 78923053725., is elected Chairman of the Supervisory Board of INSTITUTA IGH, d.d.

This decision will be verified during the next meeting of the Supervisory Board.
