COMPANY UPDATE

Eurogold Limited advises that Allied Properties Resources Limited has sold, by way of an offmarket transaction, its 36.37% stake in Eurogold at 1.75 cents per share. Several purchasers were involved in the transaction and Eurogold will announce the new Top 20 in due course.

Messrs Arthur Dew and Carlisle Procter have resigned as Directors of the Company. Eurogold wishes to thank both gentlemen for their valued contribution to Eurogold over the last two years.

Mr Brett Montgomery and Mrs Pauline Collinson have been appointed as non-executive Directors forthwith.

Mr Montgomery currently sits on the boards of Tanami Gold NL (ASX: TAM) and Magnum Gas & Power (ASX:MPE) and he has extensive experience in the management of publicly listed mining companies.

Mrs Collinson has worked with Eurogold for over 20 years and has been the Company Secretary of the Company since 2011. Mrs Collinson is also the Company Secretary of ASX listed Tanami Gold NL (ASX:TAM).
