On March 11, 2022, Innovative Solutions and Support, Inc. (the “ Company ”) issued a press release announcing the appointment of Winston J. Churchill, a current independent director on the Company’s Board of Directors (the “ Board ”), as the new Chairman of the Board. A copy of that press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this report and incorporated herein by reference.
