CEO Sami Ensio takes temporarily over the role of CFO

Innofactor’s Chief Financial Officer, Patrik Pehrsson, has decided to leave the company due to his changed personal situation.

"I understand Patrik's decision and want to warmly thank him for his contribution to Innofactor," says Innofactor’s CEO Sami Ensio.

Innofactor’s Board of Directors has decided yesterday that CEO Sami Ensio takes temporarily over the CFO role in addition to his tasks as CEO. Pehrsson focuses on supporting Ensio until the end of the resignation period.
