Changes in the Board of Directors of Innofactor Plc

Innofactor Plc Stock Exchange Release March 27, 2012, at 14:10 Finnish time

The Annual General Meeting of Innofactor Plc elected today, March 27, 2012, a
new Board of Directors for the company. Innofactor Plc's CEO Sami Ensio
(M.Sc.), Juha Koponen (D.Sc. (Tech.)), Pyry Lautsuo (M.Sc.) and Pekka Puolakka
(LL.M.) will continue to serve in the Board of Directors. New member of the
Board of Directors is Jukka Mäkinen (M.Sc. (Econ.)).

In the regrouping meeting of the Board of Directors, which took place
immediately after the General Meeting, Pyry Lautsuo was selected as the
Chairman of the Board.
