(e) On December 25, 2023 the Compensation Committee of the Board of Directors of Innodata Inc. (the “Company”) awarded cash bonuses relating to the Company’s 2022 performance of $300,000 to Mr. Jack Abuhoff, the Company’s President and Chief Executive Officer, $200,000 to Mr. Ashok Mishra, the Company’s Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer, and $72,000 to Ms. Marissa Espineli, the Company’s Interim Chief Financial Officer.
