Result of General Meeting

Ingenta plc (AIM: ING), a leading provider of software and services to the global publishing industry, is pleased to announce that, at the General Meeting held at 10.30 a.m. today, the special resolution to cancel the share premium account of the Company was duly passed.

Accordingly, the Company reconfirms that the Court hearing to approve the Capital Reduction is expected to occur on or around 27 March 2018 and that, subject to Court approval, the Capital Reduction is expected to become effective on or around 28 March 2018.
