Stake held in AeroEx

A publisher of digital compliance and safety solutions for the aerospace industry

Infotel (ISIN: FR0000071797 - ticker: INF), the leading digital transformation partner for key accounts in Europe, is announcing that it has acquired a 20% stake in AeroEx, a provider of compliance and safety digital solutions for the aviation industry, with the aim of taking control within three years.

AeroEx, founded in 2006, is a Swiss company developed by two aviation industry experts to create a software suite integrating all compliance rules in the aviation sector. By the end of 2025, it will have achieved revenue of around €2 million, with profitability in line with market standards.

AeroEx supports more than 580 customers in 51 countries, including airlines, MROs, airports, Ground Handlers and business aviation operators, thanks to its EASA regulatory expertise and its proprietary AMAS.aero software platform dedicated to managing regulatory obligations, audits, and safety management systems.

This transaction strengthens the Orlando software offering, Infotel’s solution dedicated to critical document management for aviation operations. This transaction opens up new deployment opportunities with common players in air transport, maintenance, and the aerospace supply chain, while accelerating the development of integrated offerings covering regulatory compliance, operational safety, and the digitization of business processes.

This acquisition is fully in line with Infotel’s strategy of increasing the share of revenue generated by its software activities, which are a source of recurring income and profitability, in addition to its traditional services activities.

The Group thus aims to gradually increase the contribution of software from around 5% of revenue at the end of 2025 to nearly 10% within three years, reflecting the transformation of its business model towards a stronger position as a publisher and integrator of high value-added solutions.
