ITEM 7.01 REGULATION FD DISCLOSURE

Michael P. Connors, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, and David E. Berger, Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, of Information Services Group, Inc. (the “Company”) will be attending meetings with analysts, investors and others at the Deutsche Bank Small and Mid-Cap Growth Conference to be held on February 15, 2011 in Naples, Florida. In connection with these meetings, management may discuss the slide presentation furnished as Exhibit 99.1 hereto, which is incorporated herein by reference.
